We are pleased to announce several exciting updates within the CCMBM leadership team.
With the retirement of Bob Nissenson, PhD, from UCSF and SFVAMC, the CCMBM is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Aaron Fields and Dr. Galateia Kazakia as Co-Associate Directors of the Center. We extend our heartfelt congratulations to Dr. Nissenson on his retirement after 48 years of remarkable service to UCSF and more than a decade of impactful contributions to the CCMBM. His scientific leadership, dedication, and mentorship have been invaluable to the Center. We are deeply grateful for his enduring legacy and wish him all the best as he embarks on this exciting new chapter.
Additionally, we are pleased to welcome Dr. Janet Chiang, who is joining us as our new Clinical Representative, succeeding Dr. Hsiao in this important role.
