CCMBM SBB Core Workshop - Through the Looking Glass: Skeletal Imaging for the Novice and Expert

Join the UCSF MSK Center CCMBM for a high-level overview of skeletal imaging best practices featuring guidance from the Skeletal Biology and Biomechanics Core and the Mouse Metabolism Core. Presenters will discuss the state-of-the-art in skeletal imaging assessment using ex vivo micro-CT and in vivo DXA, including how-to sessions, case study presentations, and dedicated Q&A periods.

Analyzing COVID Testing Data with Python and SQL
This workshop will teach you how to use SQL and Python to analyze a COVID testing dataset. You’ll begin by using SQL to query and filter data from a database, and then move on to Python for cleaning, manipulating, and visualizing the data. We will also explore how to leverage AI-generated code to streamline and enhance your data analysis workflow. By the end of the session, you'll be able to combine these tools to extract meaningful insights from the dataset.
